Southwestern Assisted Care Residence serves as the newest addition to the Southwestern's family of health care specialties and completes Southwestern's continuum of long-term care.

The Assisted Care Residence offers care to those who are striving to remain independent, but are in need of a little help with activities of daily living. With only capacity for 39 residents, the Assisted Care staff works appropriately and coordinates each resident's care on an individual basis.

A continuous staff is available around-the-clock to help with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, mobility, transferring, and other activities of daily living.
