Southwestern Nursing Center is a 118-bed full-service nursing care facility,
located on a 40 acre quiet wooded setting. Southwestern Nursing Center offers
long-term and rehabilitative care for the elderly, convalescing, and chronically
ill. Since 1987, Southwestern has been providing 24-hour individual nursing and
rehabilitation services, professional consultation for residents and families,
hospice and other support services, individualized physical therapy, daily schedules
of recreational activities, regular or special meals planned by a registered
dietitian, and restorative programs to maintain the resident's maximum potential. |
